Assesses, validates, oversees and facilitates prevention, resilience, identification, treatment, outreach, rehabilitation, and reintegration programs for psychological health and traumatic brain injury to ensure the Department of Defense meets the needs of the nation's military communities, warriors and families.

Provides advocacy services to active military, veterans, and families of active military and veterans. Services include: advocacy, specialized information and referral, and veteran's benefits assistance.

Services are targeted to individuals dealing with mental health issues and traumatic brain injuries. Also a clearing house for resources dealing with military issues.
