This may include helping them preserve their current housing situation or identifying alternate appropriate housing options. The program provides short-term assistance via in-home case management services for up to three months. The focus of the program is on crisis resolution, linking program participants to community resources and mainstream benefits, and helping them develop a plan to prevent future housing instability.

Meals served three times per day. Clients meet with a case manager within 72 hours of arrival to define barriers and set goals.

Services include homeless diversion/eviction prevention, case management and community resource navigation for individuals at risk of housing instability, rapid re-housing, tenant academy which teaches individuals on their tenant rights and responsibilities when entering into a lease agreement, and a street outreach program.

Emergency 24 hour temporary shelter, operating during winter months (November 1st through April 30th) annually. Food is provided.
