Provides low-cost case assistance to individuals seeking to apply for citizenship, readjustment of their citizenship status, or petition for family members to come to the U.S. Also helps clients apply for fee waivers for citizenship applications.

Educates and supports refugee, asylee, and immigrant families and helps them transition to a new culture. Services include:

- Refugee/immigrant mutual support groups.

- Linkage with mainstream providers regarding the mental health needs of clientele and the barriers encountered by them. Mediations and education related to cultural differences are provided.

- One-on-one counseling at the Center, a neutral site, or in the homes of families in crisis.

- Basic immigration applications and immigration legal referrals.

- Cultural orientation counseling for refugee and other ORR eligible clients.

- Culturally appropriate workshops dealing with money, public benefits and health issues.

- Translation of documents and interpretation in community settings.

- Advocate and liaison in clients' places of employment, schools, hospitals, courts, with landlords, etc.

- Aid in completing paperwork for citizenship, residency, family reunification, etc.

- Assistance with applying for government benefits.

Offers legal advice clinics to latinx immigrants. Individuals needing assistance with a legal issue can submit a request for help online with a few details on what the issue is. Once an appointment has been scheduled, individuals will have the opportunity to get free legal advice from a lawyer.

Offers to empower immigrant and refugee communities by informing them of their rights and securing resources that will foster their successful integration into society.

Offers family based immigration (bringing a family member from another country), asylum, immigrant victims of crime, domestic violence, or human trafficking, DACA, citizenship , and minors who are in the USA without their parents.

On-site therapy, counseling, group-based programming, and individual/family case management to improve lives of immigrants who have experienced severe loss and trauma.

Assists with paperwork for green card and citizenship applications, family visitor visas, deferred action for childhood arrivals, temporary protected status, violence against women act and other family-based immigration legal services.

With the assistance of an attorney, immigration forms may be completed, including naturalization, green card, work permits and renewals, travel documents, family petitions and Refugee/Asylee Processing.

Offers BIA accredited staff who may assist with a variety of immigration documents and processing.

Provides support to help individuals and families navigate the US immigration system.

Offers assistance with a range of matters, including Naturalization, DACA renewals, Green Card renewals, Advance Parole, and Temporary Protective Status (TPS).

Also provides support with USCIS Fee Waivers and EAD (work permit) applications.

Assists with the legal, non-criminal needs of refugees and immigrants in Nebraska that includes visas, information about benefits under immigration laws, proper documentation, domestic violence issues, and Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

Mental Health services are also available for immigrants, including therapy and group meetings.
