Provides hospital services to anyone in need through a combination of outpatient, inpatient, and community-based programs. The hospitals also provide specialized departments and assists people from the State of Iowa as well as surrounding states who are dealing with disabilities or special illnesses.

Offers a Donor Program that provides advancement for health sciences education and the health and welfare of mankind through the utilization of deceased humans for medical study and research.

Provides Medicaid and Medicare-certified low cost clinics offering "one stop shop" for general health care needs.

For the safety of clinic staff, individuals will be seen by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, text the individual's name, date of birth, address, phone number, and reason for appointment. Staff will return a text message with scheduled time. Park in the Free Clinic parking lot, in the row facing the small building with a red lit circle in the window. Do not come in, until you are called in. Only the patient will be allowed to enter the church. If the patient is a minor, a parent may come in. NO OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS WILL BE ALLOWED IN. A community clinic providing primary health care services for people who have no health insurance or whose health insurance does not cover the services they need. Services include general examinations, medicine that is free or low cost, advice for patients regarding how to help themselves feel better, and help finding care at other clinics for more specialized services. The clinic is staffed volunteer doctors, nurses, social workers and others.
Offers exercise facilities and programs and community activities. Provides a nurse foot clinic, nutrition consultation, diabetic nursing assessments, and education classes. Funding may be available for glucose testing supplies, youth activity scholarships, and orthopedic shoes.
Clinics are open to the public and provides free medical services to people who are uninsured and under insured.

Provides health care and specialty health care services, including mental health care. Can also provide family and internal medicine services.

Provides a comprehensive and integrated range of mental health, substance use, and primary health services to any individual, regardless of funding. Integrates mental health and substance use care with physical health care, utilizing a wide variety of evidence-based practices. Responsible for directly providing (or contracting with partner organizations to provide) nine required types of services: crisis mental health services; screening, assessment and diagnosis, including risk assessment; patient-centered treatment planning; outpatient mental health and substance use services; primary care screening and monitoring of key health indicators/health risk; targeted case management; psychiatric rehabilitation services; peer support and family supports; and intensive, community-based mental health care for members of the armed forces and veterans.

Provide compressive and preventative health care services to anyone in need.
Provides physical exams, including school and work physicals, exams for acute conditions, such as colds, sore throats, flu, and ear infections, maintenance for chronic diseases, such as diabetes and high blood pressure, laboratory services necessary for diagnosis, referrals to social services and other healthcare facilities, additional medical care as available.
Provides the County Rural Offices of Social Services, which works to improve health, hope, and successful outcomes for the adults in the region who have a chronic mental illness, intellectual disability or developmental disability. Support services are offered for those who are disabled. The County Rural Offices of Social Services is the only place to complete an enrollment packet for the disability program. A service coordinator will schedule an intake interview within 10 days of receiving contact for assistance to assess service and support needs.

Ensure that eligible individuals receive and understand the importance of preventative health care. Link families to other community resources to improve their health and well-being (WIC, Early ACCESS, parenting classes, child care assistance, housing assistance, food pantries, etc.).
