Childhood and adult vaccines for all people are provided at each of Elkhorn Logan Valley Public Health Department's three locations in Norfolk, Tekamah and Wisner. Includes vaccines for those who are privately insured, Medicare, Medicaid and those who are uninsured.

Offers public health services to Howard County residents. Services include breastfeeding support, communicable disease monitoring, disease follow-up and prevention services, emergency preparedness and disaster relief, and lead testing and education.

Provides the County Public Health Nursing service for Allamakee County. Services include immunization clinics, nutrition education, disease surveillance, home nursing and home care aide visits, blood pressure clinics, foot care clinics, lead poisoning testing and information, and community health and wellness education and advocacy.

Provides programs and services protect public health by reducing the burden of communicable diseases and non-communicable diseases. Services include breast and cervical cancer screenings, through the Illinois Breast and Cervical Cancer Program, tuberculosis screening, STI and HIV testing, smoking prevention, immunizations, and COVID-19 testing and vaccines.

Offers a variety of public health services, including communicable disease control, tap water testing, pool sanitation, public health facility inspection, tuberculosis screening, immunizations, and more.

Administers the WIC program. Participants in WIC receive an eWIC card for healthy foods. The foods provided by WIC provide nutrients that are essential for good health and growth. Participants also meet with nurses and dietitians to review health and diet information, discuss important nutrition information for their family, and receive referrals for other services when needed.
