Offers sexual health and wellness services including free pregnancy tests, STD/STI testing, HIV testing and treatment (PrEP/PEP), Case Management, anal Pap Smears, free condoms, outreach and prevention education, and more.

Provides a free medical clinic for anyone who are uninsured and under insured. Services include illness/minor injury care, well child exams, school/sport physicals, employment physicals, lead testing, patient assistance program enrollment, transportation, chronic disease management, diabetes/blood glucose testing, and high blood pressure testing.

Offers free blood pressure screenings.

Provides blood pressure screenings and lead poisoning screenings to residents of Greene County. 

Offers support services to pregnant women including pregnancy tests, parenting classes, pre-natal classes, ultrasounds, and information on community resources. Also offers "Earn While You Learn" program that allows new parents to earn credits through education that can be used towards purchasing baby necessities.

Offers a pregnancy and sexual health resource center. Services include free pregnancy tests and information on free STD testing, sexual health education, parenting classes, adoption referrals, medical referrals, mentoring and spiritual support. Services may also include a baby boutique that provide baby furniture, clothing, and more. 

Provides health care services to those in need. Services include sick care, chronic disease management, preventive care services, cervical cancer screenings (Pap smears), physical  exams, vaccinations, sexual health services, STI testing and treatment, wellness checkups, work physicals, laboratory and diagnostic testing, referrals for mammograms and other specialty care.

Blood pressure checks for older adults.

Title X Family Planning is a voluntary birth control program that provides information about birth control methods or the number and spacing of children.

Services are confidential and include:

• Physical exams
• Pregnancy testing and options counseling
• STD education, testing, and treatment
• Birth control methods and counseling, including emergency contraception
• Community education services for professionals, schools, parents, and teens

Provides comprehensive health care services, including lab tests, EKGs, skin biopsies, geriatric assessments, cryotherapy, and more.

Offers eye screenings for vision, color and depth-perception, glaucoma, cataracts and full retinal evaluations. Also offers custom-fit eyewear and contact lenses for all ages. 

Offers confidential testing and treatment for anyone, regardless of where they live, specializing in sexually transmitted diseases.

- Center for Independent Living.

- Information and referral for disability services.

- Independent living skills training that will enable an individual with disabilities to remain in their home, or when transitioning into their first independent living.

- Advocacy for individuals and systems that serve them.

- Driver's Education School is DMV certified; provides evaluation of reaction time, visual perception, and behind the wheel skills. Education and training includes classroom and on-the-road instruction. Offers adaptive equipment evaluation and training.

- Durable medical equipment rent/loan at Grand Island and Scottsbluff locations. Donations of equipment accepted.

- Peer mentoring, where people with disabilities support each other in their daily lives.

- Housing counseling assists people with disabilities in locating, acquiring, and maintaining safe, affordable, accessible housing.

Offers diabetes screening, drug and alcohol testing, TB testing (except Thu), urine pregnancy tests, physicals for school, sports, well child, adult, pre-employment. lead poisoning screening, dental care, blood pressure screening and immunizations.

Offers youth and adult programs in Diabetes prevention and treatment along with group classes and lifestyle coaching. A Diabetes Clinic is held weekly; patients can expect an individualized Diabetes Care Plan with an integrated team.
