Provides classes for instruction/education in the Creighton FertilityCare System and Natural Family Planning, for family planning to avoid pregnancy or achieve pregnancy. Also helps with understanding hormonal/reproductive disorders in women.

Women are taught to chart their cycles, to assist in treatment of painful/heavy menses, PMS, irregular cycles, PCOS, infertility, family planning, and women's health.

Provides abstinence/chastity education.

Offers educational presentations to groups, as well as educational resources such as a lending library, pamphlets, books, and YouTube videos.

Offers assistance to women coping with premenstrual syndrome symptoms, infertile couples, and Sympto-Thermal users.

Provides nursing visits to pregnant and parenting women living in Dallas, Polk, Madison and Warren Counties. Services include prenatal and postpartum health education and child development screening. Outreach Specialists assist uninsured families, children, and pregnant women in obtaining health care coverage and finding a doctor or dentist. Services include answering questions about available insurance options, assisting with completing HawkI or Medicaid applications, advocacy, community referrals, Every Step Dental Voucher Program for children.

Provide support to breastfeeding mothers. Peers help moms improve their breastfeeding experience. Works with moms outside normal working hours through various communication and social media options.

Adult medicine

Pediatrics, including well child, physicals (school, sports and camp), immunizations, acute care

OB/GYN services, such as pap smears, breast and cervical cancer screening, etc.

Family planning

Social work, case management

Mental health services

Substance abuse education

Outreach to African American women, youth, pregnant women, and individuals with substance use disorder

Dental clinic provides routine dental screening and non-emergency dental services.

Pharmacy for patients of Charles Drew.

- Supplemental food program, formula, and manual breast pumps.

- Nutrition and health screening and information.

- Referrals to other agencies, doctors, immunization, clinics, food stamps, Medicaid.

- Breastfeeding peer counseling.

Provides preventative reproductive health care and education to any member of the community, including services such as contraceptive education, sexually transmitted infection prevention, and pregnancy-related information. Offers breast examinations, Pap tests, and instruction on breast self-examination techniques for early detection of breast cancer.

Develops reproductive life plans to support informed decision-making.

Provides general immunizations to prevent diseases and reduce health risks for individuals and the community.

Shares information on environmental hazards and safety measures to promote overall health.

Blood pressure screenings are available to identify individuals at risk of hypertension-related conditions.

Additionally, referrals to programs like WIC are provided to support nutrition, breastfeeding, and overall health for eligible individuals and families.

The overarching goals are to decrease unintended pregnancies, reduce the transmission of sexually transmitted infections, and promote comprehensive health and wellness.

Provides education, resources and support to pregnant and postpartum women. Services include:

- Help in arranging for delivery.

- Referrals for family planning and infant health care.

- Oral health screenings, fluoride varnish applications and dental referrals.

- Assistance with applying for Medicaid.

Offers public health services to Howard County residents. Services include breastfeeding support, communicable disease monitoring, disease follow-up and prevention services, emergency preparedness and disaster relief, and lead testing and education.

Provides accurate information on adoption, and lifelong support, so the family is successful in meeting the child’s best interest by offering the following services and resources:

Provides free and confidential pregnancy counseling for families, every step of the way; before, during, and after the birth of the child.

Assistance with making an adoption plan or parenting plan.

Parenting education. Support and education for baby's father on request.

Home studies for prospective adoptive parents.

Newborn care home for baby as a safe haven.

Offers health services and education, focusing on HIV, Hepatitis C, Gonorrhea, and Chlamydia counseling and testing. Also provides overdose prevention with Nasal Narcan, and the distribution and training for Fentanyl and Xylazine test strips. Other services offered include blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol screenings, Risk Reduction Counseling with safer sex supplies, and Harm Reduction Counseling with safer use supplies.
