It is a safe haven where they can stay while learning the skills, get basic needs and counseling they need to make a better life for themselves and their babies.

Offers home care, public health, immunizations, mental health administration, early childhood development, and environmental health services. Provides information on communicable diseases, routine general physical examinations to assess overall health and detect abnormalities, and birth control services to help individuals prevent conception

Provides prenatal care to ensure the health and well-being of pregnant individuals and their developing children through risk assessment, routine checkups, prenatal testing, and guidance on pregnancy-related concerns.

Provides well-baby care services, including health screenings and immunizations, to support the physical well-being and healthy development of infants and toddlers, with some programs extending to preschool-aged children.

Also offers comprehensive preventive, diagnostic, and treatment services for sexually transmitted infections, including contact tracing to help prevent the spread of infections.

Provides safe housing, healthy meals, case management, and curriculum development for up to 12 months for pregnant women who are unhoused or pregnant women who are in an unsafe environment.

Offers healthcare services for all stages and aspects of a woman’s life. Services include pap smears and screening tests, contraception and family planning, menopause management, and gynecologic surgery (minimally invasive surgery).

BBO-C is a statewide program (outside the City of Chicago) that provides pregnant and parenting clients with direct, comprehensive, nursing assessments and assistance to connect and engage with desired services and understand the importance of a medical home.

Nurse Navigator's provide nursing assessments and any immediate nursing interventions necessary to dyads (pregnant and postpartum individuals and their infants), helping to connect families to the needed supports available in their community during in-person visits. Nurses are required to conduct the initial pregnancy visit and initial postpartum visit for this program and are expected to follow up as indicated using clinical discretion. Non-nurse navigators may provide follow-up at the discretion of the nurse for collaborating with each family to identify and mitigate barriers to accessing desired supports and services.

Offers free pregnancy tests, STI testing, confirmation Ultrasounds. Providing education about prenatal health.

Childhood immunizations, some adult immunizations, flu, and Covid immunizations. Breastfeeding assistance and education, parenting classes, TB treatment, and assisting families in finding medical and dental care. Case management is provided to reduce lead and other household environmental exposures, such as Radon.

Title X Family Planning is a voluntary birth control program that provides information about birth control methods or the number and spacing of children.

Services are confidential and include:

• Physical exams
• Pregnancy testing and options counseling
• STD education, testing, and treatment
• Birth control methods and counseling, including emergency contraception
• Community education services for professionals, schools, parents, and teens

Offers medical grade pregnancy testing, limited obstetric ultrasound, limited sexually transmitted infection testing for females, perinatal hospice and miscarriage care, options education, pregnancy support, adoption referrals, and community resource referrals.

Provides resources to families including children's clothing, maternity clothing, diapers, wipes, and other baby items. All items are donated.

Offers a student education program discussing healthy relationship education in a variety of topics.

Provides women's health care services such as preventative care and health screenings (pap smears, breast exams), pregnancy testing, pregnancy/prenatal care, and other needed gynecology or obstetrician services for the patient.

Provides services in support reproductive and preventive health for anyone who needs this care. Services may include pregnancy testing, prenatal care, post-partum care, doula services, breast/chest feeding support, family planning, birth control counseling, STI screening and treatment, breast/chest and cervical cancer screening, and infertility testing and referrals.

Teen clinics provide sports and school physicals, chronic disease management, smoking cessation, and wellness and sick care. Both teen clinics focus special attention on reproductive health.

The teen clinics offer education about pregnancy prevention and birth control options including long-acting reversible contraception as well as screening, treatment and management for sexually transmitted diseases.

Medical clinicians discuss risky behaviors and provide confidential counseling. The teen clinics also offer education and counseling about topics including youth’s exposure to violence, injuries and accidents; sexual orientation; eating disorders; and bullying, social media and technology use.

Services for adults dealing with behavioral health and emotional issues. Services include:

-- Help with transitioning from homelessness.

-- Couple and relationship therapy.

-- Family therapy.

-- Group therapy.

-- Employee assistance program.

-- Bariatric counseling.

-- Women: pregnancy and childbirth.

Offers to help people plan or prevent pregnancy and support reproductive and sexual health. Services may include pregnancy tests, wellness exams, birth control education and supplies, STI testing and treatment, cancer screening, infertility exams and referrals, and reproductive health education. Services are voluntary. Confidential services are available upon request.

Blood pressure screenings are available to identify individuals at risk of hypertension-related conditions.

Additionally, referrals to programs like WIC are provided to support nutrition, breastfeeding, and overall health for eligible individuals and families.

The overarching goals are to decrease unintended pregnancies, reduce the transmission of sexually transmitted infections, and promote comprehensive health and wellness.

Services include pregnancy testing, birth control, reproductive life planning, exams, counseling and education, and testing and treatments of sexually transmitted infections (STIs) including HIV testing.
