Ongoing programs include Breastfeeding Basics, a class for expectant couples planning to breastfeed their baby; Essentials of Childbirth; Infant Massage, which teaches parents techniques to help a baby relax, sleep better and relieve gas and symptoms of colic; and Super Siblings, a class for brothers/sisters preparing them for a new baby in the family.
