Provides access to directly contact trained Lifeline staff 24 hours a day from around their home or yard by simply pressing a button.

Nurses and home health aides provide in-home services, 24 hours daily, for persons of all ages who either are not covered by Medicare or Medicaid, or who seek more care than Medicare covers. Services include assistance with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, ambulation assistance, meal preparation, providing of safety supervision, and grocery shopping/errands. A personal response system is available through Tabitha's VoiceCare technology.

Provides personal information to Public Safety Agencies in the State of Illinois for emergency dissemination to police, fire, and EMS personnel. This information is stored and maintained in a secure database and is provided to first responders prior to their arrival at the scene.
Emergency response system may be available for persons who can benefit from the security of the system.
Helps first responders and families reconnect with individuals living with dementia who experience a medical emergency or have wandered.
Private duty home care services include skilled nursing, bath aide, venipunctures, foot care, and adult immunizations.

Emergency Response Service provides a necklace or wristband for assistance at the push of a button; responders and/or emergency personnel available 24 hours every day. $38 one-time installation fee, $30 per month fee. Fee paid if person qualifies for a Medicaid waiver.

Immunization clinic held the 2nd Monday of every month at West View Medical Building, 2319 N. Lincoln Avenue. A $15 donation is requested for children vaccinations 0-18 years. Call for current fee for adult vaccinations. Adult vaccinations include Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, Tetanus, Influenza, meningococcal, and pneumonia.

Homemaker and companionship. Personal in-home assistance with cleaning, cooking, errands, medical, transportation, or companionship.

Prepares and carries out disaster response and recovery actions to prevent, minimize, repair, and alleviate injury and damage from natural, man-made, or nuclear disasters. Emergency preparedness and recovery resources are available for natural and man-made hazards.

Also has Project Lifesaver, a tracking device for people who may wander (such as due to Alzheimer, autism, or a brain injury).
