  • 24 hour hotline with standardized report screening
  • Investigation of all reports with/or without substantiation
  • Case work and advocacy for substantiated victims to mitigate the effects of the abuse
  • Monthly follow-up and monitoring (up to 12 months) to ensure the client remains safely in their own home
  • Early Intervention Funds - temporary financial assistance to assist in alleviating effects of abusive situations

Services may be offered during and following an initial assessment to protect the child and improve the conditions that contributed to the risk of abuse and neglect. Services that may be offered include in-home family therapy, family support services, day care, case management, and temporary foster care.
