Offers short-term counseling to seniors in their home (McLean County only) or through a virtual platform (all other counties). The program focuses on positive behavior activation to break the depression cycle. Those interested in the PEARLS Counseling program must be screen for appropriateness and will be referred to other resources if found to be ineligible at the time of screening.

Provides older adults with behavioral healthcare.

Utilizes a multidisciplinary treatment team including a Psychiatrist, a Therapist, and a Registered Nurse to develop an individualized plan of treatment for each patient. The goal is to provide a safe environment for patients to come and share feelings with others that are experiencing similar issues.

Offers senior's an In-home health/mental health assessment, in-home mental health treatment, case management, and referrals to appropriate community resources. The Outreach Team consists of clinical social workers and a consulting psychiatrist to provide appropriate support services.
