Offers a potluck for older adults ages 55 and older on the 1st Thursday of each month at 11:30 am (bring a dish to pass that serves 6 and your own table service), and Bingo every 3rd Thursday of the month from 1 pm-3 pm.

Congregate and home delivered meals are served in Polk and Shelby on weekdays. Home delivered meals are distribed in Osceola on weekdays and Stromsburg every day of the week.

Centers have holiday and special meals as well as potluck meals once per month. Exercise and nutrition programs are available as well as free blood pressure checks by Polk County Health Department. Pool and pitch tournaments take place monthly.

Polk County and Aging Partners in Lincoln help to provide Information and Referral services.
