Provides education, advocacy, and connecting LGHTQ Iowans with vital resources. Services include educating Iowans about the LGBTQ community, training healthcare providers, business leaders, and others to ensure LGBTQ Iowans are respected in every facet and stage of their lives, promoting policies within state and local government that protect the civil rights, health, and safety of LGBTQ Iowans. 

Provides advocacy for workplace safety, fair wages, and discrimination. Creating a platform for marginalized voices to be heard, promote solidarity and drive positive change within communities and workplaces. 

Works to make schools safe for LGBTQ students, and their allies, by providing support, victim services, resources, and events. 

Support services include information on the GSA Network (Gay-Straight Alliance, where students create safe spaces in their schools by forming a GSA group), information and referrals to resources that are LGBTQ friendly. 

Victim services include individual counseling and support, safety planning and advocacy services for the student. 

Offers safe, supportive, and respectful environments for children, adolescents and their families, provides wellness Education, leadership development, and community education. Youth Outlook Drop-In Centers meet weekly to support each other and discuss topics of interest to the participants.

Other offerings include:

- Rainbow Sprouts, a social program for children K-6 and their parent/family/guardian.

- Youth Leadership Program: provides opportunities to help run drop-in centers, assist with volunteer training, organize special projects, participate in community education, and advise the agency board through the Youth Advisory Board.

- Transcend: a program for transgender youth, provides a forum to discuss issues such as gender identity, hormone injections, legal issues, etc.

- THRIVE: A support group for parents, foster parents, guardians, and full-time caregivers of LGBTQ+ teens.
