The Central Library offers a place to complete digital projects for free. Shoot and edit video using a green screen, convert old home videos to DVDs, color-correct family photos, and more. Items available for use include a Laser Engraver, Video Editing Station, Video/Photography Station, Sewing Macine, Media Conversion Station and an Adobe Creation Station.

Provides a public library serving the residents of Rockford. Website has links to various local resources, including tax forms and legal self help.

Offers a variety of services including monthly food and clothing distribution, family nights neighborhood events, summer youth enrichment classes, summer food program, low income bus passes, information and referral, and a computer center.

Senior coffee club meets weekly on Wednesdays starting at 9 am and a program begins at 9:30 am. Programs vary but generally topics of interest to seniors or topics proposed by the group.
