Offers trained volunteers who advocate for the best interests of children involved in the child welfare system. Volunteers advocate with the court to ensure each child's voice is heard, their needs are met, and they have a safe, permanent home.

Application process

Call for services; If visiting the 3rd Judicial District office (822 Douglas Trosper-Hoyt Building in Sioux City), clients must visit the blue building outside the fence to the north of the property/fence line (the Administration Building)

Open to children ages 0 through 17 years of age who are involved with the juvenile court system and have been deemed Child in Need of Assistance (CINA)
