Client-centered services can link individuals living with HIV to healthcare and other available resources. A case manager can provide assistance with:

- Connecting with a medical provider.

- Understanding what services applicants may be eligible for.

- Applying for healthcare coverage.

Also offers PrEP and provides essential non-medical services for persons living with HIV. These services include:

- Emergency financial assistance.

- Food bank/home-delivered meals.

- Housing services.

- Legal services.

- Medical transportation.

- Mental health services.

- Outpatient/ambulatory medical care.

- Oral health care.

- Psychosocial support service.

- Rehabilitation services.

- Substance abuse services.

- AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP).

- Continuation of Health Insurance Coverage (CHIC).
