Provides the Smart Assistance Manager (SAM), an Assistance Finder Tool to determine which programs are best suited for the client and potential program eligibility. ComEd clients can use SAM to apply for assistance and programs such as, bill payment assistance, budget billing, due date extension, free energy saving products, home energy savings, LIHEAP, multi-family energy savings, payment arrangements and peak time savings.
