Iowa Total Care is one of three MCO's that Iowa Medicaid is contracting out. Iowa Total Care offers a free 24/7 nurse advice line that members can use to get their health questions answered quickly and easily. Medical professionals are ready to address member questions and help set up doctor appointments. Call to learn more or to have health questions answered.
