HOME OWNERSHIP PROGRAM | HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF NORTHERN FOX VALLEY

Builds and rehabs homes with support from volunteer labor and donations of money and materials as well as in partnership with homeowner families. Habitat houses are sold to partner families at fair market value and financed with affordable, no-interest loans. In addition to a down payment and the monthly mortgage payments, homeowners invest hundreds of hours of their own labor, "sweat equity", into building their house.
