NEBRASKA CLIENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM | NEBRASKA DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION

Offers to assist individuals with disabilities who have questions or concerns regarding services from Nebraska VR (Vocational Rehabilitation), Nebraska Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired (NCBVI), and Centers for Independent Living. Can clarify agency rules, regulations, and procedures, advise on clients' rights, assist in identifying problems and seeking solutions, advise and assist with the appeal process, deal with relationship problems with counselors, answer questions about the Rehabilitation Act.
