Diabetes Information and Support | JDRF Illinois Chapter

Fights type 1 diabetes (T1D) by funding research, advocating for policies that accelerate access to new therapies, and providing a support network for millions of people around the world impacted by T1D. Outreach program includes the delivery of a Bag of Hope or Adult T1D Kit for families.  Mentor families are provided to those newly diagnosed.  Support groups for families and adults meet monthly.   class="pasteContent_RTE">Educational brochures and videos, newsletter with information both locally and nationally on fundraising events, research and products.
