Assistance may include: investigation and work to resolve the problem, information on laws and regulations, how to choose a long-term care facility or answering questions about life at a facility. Assist callers in level of care needed (info about nursing homes, residential care, elder group homes, assisted living). All services are confidential and free of charge.
