Open to families with children ages birth and 5 years of age and within federal income guidelines; Foster children, families with ADC, TANF, SNAP or Social Security for a disability, and families experiencing homelessness are categorically eligible

Address verification (lease agreement, utility bill)
Child's birth certificate and child's immunization records
For foster children, placement documents
For those receiving TANF, SNAP, ADC or Social Security due to a disability, provide those documents instead of income documents

Head Start has center based services for children 3-5 years.
Home-based services for families with children birth to age 3.
Early Head Start has center based services for children 6 weeks-3 years whose parents are working or attending school.
