Helps individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness to be successful in the community of their choice. The goal is to improve their quality of life by reducing or eliminating the need for hospitalization due to mental health needs. Participants are assisted to improve their skills and independence in thinking and reasoning, finding adequate housing, assessing health needs, applying for disability benefits, budgeting, and improving appearance.
