HAWK-I INSURANCE | MARION COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH DEPARTMENT
HAWK-I is health care coverage for uninsured children under the age of 19 who meet income guidelines. Once the child is enrolled coverage lasts for 12 months and must be renewed every year. MCPH is available for assistance with completing and application or a renewal.
Depending on the size of the family Hawk-I is from free to no more than $20.00 per month. Call or visit the website to apply.
