Oversees two rural drop off sites:

-- Scott County Park - Half mile east of the main park entrance on 270th Street

-- West Lake Park - Gate 2 on 110th Avenue

Residents may recycle newspaper, cardboard, boxboard, mail, glass, aluminum, plastic, and magazines.
