Support and guidance to family and friends of person(s) with Alzheimer's disease and/or a related dementia. Provides information and resources, support, research, public education, care consultations for families and person(s) with the disease, and advocate for the needs of individuals and their families.
Local monthly support group meetings and a toll-free helpline.
Safe Return Program helps to safely locate wandering persons with dementia.
