-- Building wheelchair ramps (depends on slope and grade of property, property lines)
-- Minor plumbing repairs - no electrical services
-- Installing window locks
-- Repairing screen and storm windows and doors
-- Interior painting in winter or during bad weather
-- Minor weather stripping and caulking
-- Changing furnace filter, if filter provided
-- Minor plaster or drywall repair
