CAREGIVER SUPPORT | AGING PARTNERS

Offers a range of services to support family caregivers. Specific services vary by county, but generally include:
-- Information to caregivers about available options at Aging Partners and in the community.
-- Assistance to caregivers in gaining access to services.
-- Referral to community support groups.
-- Respite care alternatives to enable caregivers to be temporarily relieved from their caregiving responsibilities.
-- Supplemental caregiver services to those who care for low-income seniors.
-- Consultation with a certified personal fitness trainer covering areas like physical activity and stress management.
-- Listings of local professionals who can help caregivers cope with their role as a caregiver.
