Provides a centralized state-wide call center that responds to inquiries about the Food Assistance, FIP (Family Investment Program) or Medicaid program.
REPORT CHANGES: the Call Center also takes recipient changes, lets the Income Maintenance Worker (caseworker) know what the change are, and instructs the recipient if any verification is required. Changes included could be income, address, rent/utility payments, household members, etc.
