Provides a 24-week domestic abusers education program. -- For men in Waterloo, the intake/orientations are held the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month at 4 pm and the 3rd Friday of the month at 9 am. If the intake session falls on a holiday, it is held at the same time in the following week. Located at Waterloo Residential Correctional Facility.

-- For women in Waterloo, the intake/orientations are held the 1st Monday of the month at 3 pm. If the intake session falls on a holiday, it is held the same time the following week. Located at Women's Center for Change. -- For Dubuque, contact Ryan Kelley at (563) 585-5244 to set up an intake/orientation appointment.

-- For West Union, the intake/orientation is held the 1st Tuesday of the month at 3 pm. If the intake session falls on a holiday, it is held at the same time in the following week. Located at 500 S Pine Street, West Union, IA.
