Open to 2 or more family members living at the same address

Every family member ages 18 and older, current driver's licence/state ID/utility bill showing current address, addresses must match, children under 18, current school records/medical cards, children under 5, birth certificates, does not accept Social Security cards

Registration and distribution must both be in-person. Only one person needs to be present, but they must have the proper documentation for all household members, can contact by phone for more information. Pre-registration is required and typically occurs in late October/early November.
