WISEWOMAN (WELL-INTEGRATED SCREENING AND EVALUATION FOR WOMEN ACROSS THE NATION) | IOWA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES
Program provides blood cholesterol tests, lipid tests, diabetes tests, height and weight measurements, health coaching, and information to lower heart disease risk to qualified participants. Participants must earn less than 250% of the Federal Poverty Level to qualify.

Eligibility
Participants must be a women ages 40-64, over age 65 and not on Medicare Part B, or under age 40 with symptoms of breast cancer; Participants must have a household income less than 250% of the Federal Poverty Level, earning $2,683 per month or less (add $946 for each additional household member)
