  • Proof of emergency need, such as excessive reduction in income through no fault of the client, excessive medical expenses, car repairs paid, etc.
  • Eviction notice from the landlord or shut off notice from the utility company

Provides financial assistance to qualifying individuals and families with up to two months' payment of a security deposit, utility deposit, past due rent, past due mortgage or past due utility.
