Crisis intervention for run-away, locked-out, homeless, and ungovernable youth.

Ensures youth gets emergency psychiatric or substance abuse treatment if needed. Offers a follow-up care plan for youths reunited with family. Provides short-term or long-term placements if reunification is not immediately possible.
