CRISIS RESPONSE | WESTERN COMMUNITY HEALTH RESOURCES

This program is designed to use natural supports and resources to build upon a person's strengths to help resolve an immediate behavioral health crisis in the least restrictive environment by developing a plan to resolve the crisis. The goal of the service is to avoid, an Emergency Protective Custody Hold or inpatient psychiatric hospitalization.

Exhibits symptomology consistent with current DSM diagnoses; Exhibits potential for risk of harm to self or others if support is not provided; At risk of being placed in Emergency Protective Custody and/or hospitalization if the support is not provided; Based on current information, requires further evaluation to determine service needs
