Provides support, opportunities, and transitional housing for young adults transitioning out of foster care. Young adults work with staff to create personalized plans to help navigate key areas of life with the goal of completing the independent living program within approximately 24 months. Staff offer guidance and connect youth with essential resources, enabling them to take the next steps toward independence. This transitional living program must be completed while the client is going to school or work and is not an emergency shelter.
