Eligibility
Open to:
- Active military members and their families;
- Education professionals (teachers, paras, aides, administration, etc.);
- First responders (law enforcement, medical professionals, fire/safety, etc.);
- Students and family members who attend Bryan High and Middle School, Gomez Elementary, Avery Elementary, and Carriage Hill Elementary;
- Ministry professionals (pastors, church staff, para-church staff, etc.);
- Attendees of Calvary Christian Church, pending a referral visit from their respective Campus Pastor (Bellevue South, Bellevue North, Shadow Lake, or online)
Required documents
Financial form must be completed during first visit
Insurance document(s) may be requested if the insurance will cover a portion of the expense

Call CityCare or visit the CityCare website to schedule an appointment; When making an appointment, reference "Calvary" in order to not be billed for the appointments
Fees
None; For those with insurance that will cover a portion of the services, the insurance will be utilized in conjunction with the funding available (Calvary will pay the remainder of what insurance will not cover)

Provides up to four counseling sessions, at no cost, to those who meet qualifications. Provided in partnership with CityCare Counseling.
All counseling must be done through CityCare Counseling at one of their four locations:
- The Porch at Old Mill: 10845 Harney Street, Omaha, NE 68154.
- Calvary Christian Church: 10100 Cedar Island Road, Bellevue, NE 68123.
- Calvary Christian Church: 1510 Papillion Drive, Papillion, NE 68133.
- Abide Church: 3223 North 45th Street, Omaha, NE 68104.
