Health care for all OPS schools, students, and their minor siblings. Staff may diagnose and treat many common conditions, such as sore throats, headaches, ear infections, burns, scrapes, sprains and minor wounds, immunizations, physicals (school and sports), and preventive care and screenings.

Accepts Medicaid, Kids Connection or private health insurance; required co-pays will be collected; sliding fee scale available for uninsured; no child turned away for inability to pay

Signed parent consent form and child's health history, insurance cards; if uninsured please bring one month of pay stubs at first visit

Omaha Public Schools students and their minor siblings or early childhood populations from Head Start, Educare, and ECS Network of Excellence
