Eligibility

Open to individuals ages 0-21 seeking public funding for psychiatric services through DHS, children and youth ages 21 and under enrolled in the department of public aids medical programs, any individual for whom the department of children and family services has legal responsibility, any adult who has funding through Medicaid and managed care providers
