CONGREGATE AND HOME DELIVERED MEALS | AGING PARTNERS
Congregate meals are prepared at a central kitchen and delivered to the Lincoln and Lancaster County senior centers. Seniors receive a balanced meal that meets nutritional requirements and offers socialization opportunities.
Home delivered meals are also available to residents in rural Lancaster County.
