Description

Helping offenders reintegrate back into society as productive citizens, as well as offering support to their families. Works in partnership with the parole offices serving the county. Services include: Comprehensive aftercare for the ex-offender including case management and assistance with housing, food, employment, and transportation; support groups and anger management classes; substance abuse counseling; support program for children of inmates (Angel Tree).
