Transitional Housing and Rapid Re-housing program to assist individuals and families whose head of household is between ages 18 and 24. Offers assistance with:
- Stable Housing;
- Education and Employment;
- Social and Emotional Well-being;
- Permanent Connections.
Assists homeless youth in a crisis situation get into temporary housing to address their immediate housing needs, then are offered Rapid Re-housing to assist them in getting into permanent housing. Also offers case management to address specific barriers.
