Payroll, Clerk to Board of Supervisors, administers elections for Federal, State and local offices, maintains financial records for the county, maintains real estate ownership and boundaries for taxation purposes, calculates property tax, certifies budgets for taxing authorities in the County, etc. Also oversees all election processes and voter registration.
