Must be a Des Moines Water Works customer with a household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Funding availability varies.

Description
Provides financial assistance (up to $125) to households with a termination notice on their water utilities. The assistance can be provided once per calendar year for eligible households. Households will still be responsible for a portion of the payment to Water Works. If you are not a Des Moines Water Works customer and have a termination notice. Call to see if any other assistance is available.
