Must live on east side of interstate, must contact MICA and Story County Community Services first, can participate every 6 months, if one has participated twice in one year, they must wait one year to participate again, students are not eligible for the program

Proof of address, proof of contacts with MICA and Story County Community Services, utility bill or statement from landlord
