- All applicants must complete online Helpline application on the website;
- Rental assistance funding prioritizes households with eviction notice;
- Utilities assistance funding prioritizes households with utility shut-off/disconnection notice;
- Financial assistance and thrift store vouchers are subject to availability and may vary by geographic location;
- Financial assistance is only available to clients once per lifetime
