Provides assessment, group therapy, and individual counseling for individuals who need treatment for a sexual offense. A Department Psychologist conducts the assessments, and trained Department staff lead the group therapy. The program is offered through district offices and at the Waterloo Work Release, West Union Residential, and Dubuque Residential Facilities.
