Families Together | Christian Heritage

A volunteer-driven prevention program dedicated to supporting families during times of crisis or transition.

Provides a safe, short-term, temporary place for children to stay while their parents work through challenging circumstances such as housing instability, medical issues, job loss, or other personal hardships. During this time, families are also connected with a caring mentor who walks alongside them, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical support.

The goal of the program is to help parents stabilize their situation, strengthen their support network, and create a safe path for their children to return home.
